Select your avatar or open Settings → Account & AI → Account. Use an available Apple or WeChat sign-in option.
Local writing and custom models work independently. Official AI requires sign-in and an active Intelligent plan.
View credits and purchases
Check your balance, usage, and purchases in the app or account center.
- Intelligent includes 90,000 monthly credits. Unused monthly credits expire.
- Active Intelligent subscribers can buy additional credits. Current top-ups have no expiry date.
- Website purchases are currently unavailable. Purchase in the app.
A purchase has not appeared
- Check your FlowWrite account.
- Choose Restore purchases in the app and allow time to sync.
- Contact support if needed; avoid purchasing again.
Follow the app’s instructions if the purchase belongs to another account.
Devices and account deletion
The website account center lists signed-in devices and lets you sign out everywhere. Request account deletion in app or website account settings.
Deletion clears the associated account information and leaves local books in place. Cancel Apple renewal separately.
