These terms cover the FlowWrite app and website, provided by 北京方寸拾光科技有限公司 (Beijing Mind Light Technology Co., Ltd.). Using the product means you have read and accepted these terms, the privacy policy, and subscription details.
The product and your writing
- FlowWrite provides local writing, book management, and optional AI. The website provides information, help, and account management.
- You retain your lawful rights to your work and must respect applicable law and others' rights.
- Sharing, sync, and AI processing follow your actions and authorization.
- Back up your library. Snapshots and exports help protect work; keep an independent backup too.
Subscriptions and accounts
- Apple manages purchases, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. Prices and access follow the App Store and in-app information.
- Website purchases are currently unavailable. Local writing works independently; official AI needs sign-in and an active Intelligent plan.
- Credits pay for AI and cannot be exchanged for cash. Restoring purchases retains the original grant history.
- Cancel Apple renewal separately after deleting your account or uninstalling.
AI and extensions
- Custom models are billed by their providers. Official AI uses credits.
- Reading requires book authorization; edits follow your permissions. Image generation requires cost confirmation.
- Check AI output before use. You decide what to adopt or publish. Output is for reference and does not constitute professional advice.
- Check extension sources and external services. Review and submit prepared publishing material yourself.
Your responsibilities
Do not use the product for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, harassment, privacy violations, security attacks, subscription circumvention, or distribution of unauthorized modified versions.
Apple, model providers, sync providers, and other third parties apply their own terms and privacy policies. See our privacy policy for data categories.
Changes and liability
Features and plans may change with product, platform, and legal requirements. Material changes will be announced through the website, app, or release notes.
To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for losses from user error, devices, networks, permissions, third-party failures, or force majeure is limited to our legal obligations. We do not guarantee writing outcomes, AI output, earnings, or platform approval.
