Subscription channel
FlowWrite downloads and subscriptions are provided through the Mac App Store. Apple handles purchases, renewals, cancellation, restoration, and refunds. This website does not process payments.
Plans
- Trial: core chapter editing, up to 1 book, 5 chapters, and 1,000 Chinese characters per chapter.
- Professional: the complete non-AI writing studio, including long-form structure, history, statistics, import, export, and personalization.
- Intelligent: everything in Professional, plus a writing agent and extensions connected to your own model provider.
Automatic renewal
Apple attempts to renew an auto-renewable subscription before the current period ends. You can turn off renewal in your App Store account subscription settings.
Restore purchases
After changing devices or reinstalling, use Restore Purchases inside FlowWrite to read the subscription state associated with your Apple account.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds. Submit requests through Apple's official refund service.
Intelligent plan
The Intelligent plan does not include model usage. You provide model service credentials and pay the selected provider directly.
Your data
An expired or downgraded subscription does not delete or truncate work already saved in your local library, though creating new items, advanced operations, export, and AI features may be limited.
