- Free: basic chapter editing.
- Professional: the full toolkit and custom AI, billed by your model provider.
- Intelligent: everything in Professional, plus official AI and monthly credits.

Intelligent credits
- 90,000 credits each month, including on annual plans.
- Monthly credits expire without rollover. Current top-ups have no expiry; check existing credits in your account.
- Text and images consume credits based on usage. Image generation shows an estimated cost before confirmation.
- Credits pay for AI services and cannot be exchanged for cash. View usage in your account.
Active Intelligent subscribers can buy top-ups in the app: 10,000 credits / ¥10, 30,000 / ¥30, or 100,000 / ¥100. These are reference prices.
Purchases and renewals
- Purchase in the app through the Mac App Store. Website purchases are currently unavailable.
- Sign in to FlowWrite and allow purchases to sync before using official AI.
- Apple manages automatic renewal. Cancel in Apple subscription settings.
- Signing out, deleting your account, or uninstalling the app still requires cancelling renewal separately.
Restore purchases or request a refund
Choose Restore purchases in the app after reinstalling or changing devices. Follow the app's instructions if a purchase belongs to another account. Restoration retains the original credit grant history.
If access has not updated after payment, check your account, restore purchases, or contact support. Request refunds through Apple.
After a plan expires
Local writing remains intact and readable. Creating, editing, exporting, and advanced tools follow your current edition. Renewing restores the corresponding features.
Official AI requires an active Intelligent plan. Professional continues to support custom models.
