FlowWrite keeps the editor quiet: open a chapter, place the cursor, and continue the sentence. Formatting, saving, and statistics stay nearby without competing with the manuscript.
Write as you normally do
The editor supports paragraphs, headings, lists, links, images, and familiar text styles. Copy, paste, select, drag, undo, and redo work directly in the manuscript.
Cmd+A selects all text and media in the current chapter. Escape clears the selection without changing content.
Find your writing rhythm
- Typewriter mode keeps the active line in a steady part of the window and moves earlier text upward as you write.
- Zen mode removes surrounding tools and leaves the manuscript in focus.
- Themes, fonts, and type size adapt the page to your light and reading habits.
- First-line indent and writing lines give Chinese long-form prose a familiar page rhythm.
These settings change the writing environment, not the manuscript itself.
Work comfortably in long chapters
Search, selection, scrolling, and editing remain available as a chapter grows. The edge control can temporarily reveal the current content list, so you can move between chapters or story references without losing your writing position.
Place the cursor in a paragraph to change its level, alignment, or indent. Lists and media keep their own structure.
Add media and recover changes
Choose, paste, or drag images, video, and files into a document. These assets stay with the book, so move or back up the complete library.
FlowWrite saves automatically. Undo and redo recover recent edits; document history reaches further back. Deleted documents can be restored from the book trash.
