Store and back up your work
Find your library location in Settings. Professional and Intelligent support custom folders and iCloud Drive.
- Back up the complete library to another drive or Time Machine.
- Create a book snapshot before major edits.
- Wait for iCloud Drive to finish syncing before switching devices.
Snapshots live in the library too. Keep an independent backup as well.
Import a draft
Open Import/Export and choose an import format.

Word and EPUB offer layout, cover, and contents options. Exports create separate copies. Import and export require Professional or Intelligent.
